Blessings and Curses!!!
As I continue in Leviticus, God has warned us of the dangers of disobedience and unbelief. In these two things alone is concurrent with one who despises the LORD.
This is something that has been done throughout the earth and it is clearly forbidden by God. “You shall not make idols for yourselves, nor shall you erect an image, a sacred pillar or an obelisk, nor shall you place any figured stone in your land so that you may bow down to it; for I am the LORD your God” (Leviticus 26: 1, AMP).
It is a testimony of the very first commandment given of God. The first.
“I am the LORD your God, who has brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You shall have no other gods before Me. You shall not make for yourself any idol or likeness (form, manifestation) of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth [as an object of worship].
Idol Worship is Abominable to God
You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous (impassioned) God [demanding what is rightfully and uniquely mine], visiting (avenging) the iniquity (sin, guilt) of the fathers on the children [that is, calling the children to account for the sins of their fathers], to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me” (Exodus 20: 2-5, AMP).
Odious and abominable to Him, it is addressed first as a witness against those whom the LORD knew would egregiously commit this sin through out their generations. The blessings were made that we would be sustained in obedience. But when you are cursed you are in bondage and servitude to evil wickedness.
As we delve further I want you to really understand this . “For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” (Jeremiah 29: 11, KJV). Take heed.
“If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments and [obediently] do them, then I will give you rain in its season, and the land will yield her produce and the trees of the field bear their fruit” (Leviticus 26: 3-4, AMP).
The Favor of the LORD
“And I will give you peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land” (Leviticus 26: 6, KJV). God’s people were meant to be the head.
“And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall by the sword. And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword” (Leviticus 26: 7-8, KJV).
This is the favor of the LORD. He regards you and establishes His covenant with you.
It has always been His intent to walk among us. The true, living God. This is why we are to be holy, for He is holy.
“I will make my dwelling among you, and My soul will not reject (abhor) nor separate itself from you. I will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people” Leviticus 26: 11-12, AMP).
If You Love Me, Obey My Commands
But we are wicked and rebellious. The curses are being fulfilled. “But if you do not obey Me and do not [obediently] do all these commandments, if, instead you reject My statutes, and if your soul rejects My ordinances, so that you will not [obediently] do all My commandments, and in this way break My covenant, I, in turn, will do this to you…” (Leviticus 26: 14-15, 16 (in part), AMP).
And here it begins. As it is confirmed. And why many people will not see God’s face in peace. Because they hate Him. “If you [really] love Me, you will keep and obey My commandments” (John 14: 15, KJV).
There are a couple of grievous things that I want to point out. These judgments are written throughout the Word of the LORD. What has, is, and will come.
But before we proceed let me bring your attention to what is being said. God didn’t say you had the choice to do one, or some, of His commandments. He said “all”. This is a key part. We do not get to pick over His Word for our own selfish convenience.
The Plagues Are Upon the Enemies of the LORD
“I, in turn, will do this to you: I will appoint over you sudden terror, consumption, and fever that will waste away the eyes and cause the soul to languish also. And you will sow your seed uselessly, for your enemies will eat what you plant” (Leviticus 26: 16, AMP).
As a nurse I see this daily. Consumption in the Bible has multiple meanings:
1) The act of consuming
2) Waste
3) Destruction
4) The state of being wasted and diminished
5) A wasting of flesh
And 6) A gradual decay or diminution of the body.
People are coming in with what starts as a scratch, even by pets, or any foreign object, ending in cellulitis, osteomyelitis, and other illnesses. But the flesh is literally wasting in an area, that seems to never fully heal until the whole system is affected and infected.
God is Judging the Wicked
More and more people are coming in with pachyderma and elephantiasis. The former is described as substantially thick skin with deep folds as observed in pachyderm animals such as elephants, rhinoceros, and hippopotami. The latter also known as lymphatic filariasis is caused by parasitic worms that infect the lymphatic system. Leading to fluid buildup and skin thickening in affected areas like arms, legs, and genitals.
I don’t want anyone to be deceived. This country along with the flag that many love so much is literally poisoning the food, water, and air. For those who like to think that they are privileged, or “better than”, look around. How do you think that you can escape. You need all three to live. Because the aforementioned diseases particularly affect a certain group.
As this relates to God’s chosen, “And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you” (Leviticus 26: 17, KJV).
Why Do They Hate You?
Let me point out two things. And this is not for everyone but most. 1) “They that hate you shall rule over you.” The Holy Spirit would ask me on a few occasions, “Why do they hate you so?”. The answer is because we are the chosen. The tribe of Judah, who don’t understand that the enemy and all those influenced by him will always loathe and detest us.
This curse was established from the beginning. A curse brought on by Eve’s disobedience. Now pay attention to this. Satan has his own children, whether they are human, demons, nephilim, and all his creation. And God is speaking to him, as it is written, “And I will put enmity (open hostility) between you and the woman, and between your seed (offspring) and her Seed; He shall [fatally] bruise your head, and you shall [only] bruise His heel” (Genesis 3: 15, AMP).
This is foretelling of not only Jesus being born of a woman, but that Satan would hate her descendants from whose bloodline Jesus would come. He who will eventually destroy Satan, his seed, and his creation.
The Foundation Laid by God
Let me confirm that the world will be against you until the return of the Messiah. You must know that the woman represents God’s chosen. The twelve stars represent the tribes of Israel. Including the tribe of Judah, the direct descendants of Jesus.
And the ten horns represent the rulers and kings of the entire world. Who along with Satan, will and have always attempted to exterminate God’s chosen.
Watch and or listen to “The Foundation Laid by God!!!” I go more in depth there and you can confirm this in the Book of Revelation, chapter twelve.
And 2) The Holy Spirit points out this thing to me. Concerning the latter part of Leviticus 26: 17. People laugh and joke about how black people will automatically run as a group or individuals if they perceive that they are in danger. Particularly out in public.
Whether it is real, or they are being pranked. Not knowing that it is a part of the curse against us because of disobedience. “And you will flee when no one is pursuing you.”
I will close for now, but the curses become more grievous as I will confirm in my next post. But I want you to meditate on this. As the curses become more severe.
“If in spite of all this you still will not listen to Me and be obedient, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. (Pay attention!) I will break your pride in your power, and I will make your sky like iron [giving no rain and blocking all prayers] and your ground like bronze [hard to plow and yielding no produce]” (Leviticus 26: 18-19, AMP).
