Transforming in the LORD!!!
As I read from the book of Ezekiel, I want to delve deeper into a couple of key points. Now this portion of Ezekiel can be cumbersome to the flesh. But I have come to the stark realization that every word in the Book down to the and’s, this, and but’s is relevant.
At times as I am reading and obtaining revelation from the Spirit, I am not in a place or time where I can take notes. Therefore, I had to come back to this proclamation.
This is divine and God-ordained because I am easily distracted. I don’t have transcendental memory recall. God is bringing this back to my remembrance. To share with you.
God’s Essence
The nature and mercy from the beginning, of our beautiful Creator, is to think of everyone. His supernatural abilities are unfathomable.
Let me confirm this. And why true leadership is so important.
It is written. “The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the door posts of the temple, on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the posts of the gate of the inner courtyard.
“You shall do this on the seventh [day] of the month for everyone who goes astray [and sins through error or ignorance] and for him who is naive (or simple); so shall you make atonement for the temple (house)” (Ezekiel 45: 19-20, AMP).
God in His holiness cannot tolerate sin. But He is aware that it is a part of our weak nature. Allowing us to be absolved. Through His compassion.
The Gift of God is Eternal Life
The wages of sin is death. It is God’s commandment. Most imminent. But because there are many observances that we truly are ignorant of. Without proper knowledge. He will and has extended His grace.
Please don’t take this out of context. As the Spirit is speaking to me, He is informing me that the spirit of man testifies against the flesh and many edicts are seared into our hearts and minds. Even those we attempt to ignore.
Deliberate disregard will not be permitted. For our God is holy! And His grace is sufficient. So, understand this. The power of the LORD’s grace should be treasured. Reciprocal of us in our accountability to internalize positive change and spiritual growth.
Where Sin is Increased, Grace Abounds
Listen to this. “But the Law came to increase and expand [the awareness of] the trespass [by defining and unmasking sin]. But where sin increased, [God’s remarkable, gracious gift of] grace [His unmerited favor] has surpassed it and increased all the more, so that, as sin reigned in death, so also grace would reign through righteousness which brings eternal life through Jesus Christ our LORD” (Romans 5: 20-21, AMP).
Likewise, this is confirmed by my next point. Whenever we enter His presence, we should never leave unchanged. Permanently or temporarily.
Positive Change Is Constant
It is written. More than once in this book. “But when the people of the land come before the LORD at the appointed feasts, he who enters by way of the north gate to worship shall go out by way of the south gate. And he who enters by way of the south gate shall go out by way of the north gate. No one shall return by way of the gate through which he entered, but shall go out straight ahead [through the opposite gate]” (Ezekiel 46: 9, AMP). They are there to worship God.
To remain unaffected is an abomination to the LORD. Because we are transfigured when we receive Him with sincerity. God is progressive.
They Went Out from Us, Because They Were Never of Us
Accordingly, it is written. “For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. But it has happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow (pig) that was washed to her wallowing in the mire (mud)” (2 Peter 2: 21-22, KJV).
Now here is a word of comfort. “And do not be conformed to this world [any longer with its superficial values and customs], (Now pay attention!) but be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you]” (Romans 12: 2, AMP).
The Revelation
Consequently, it is written. “BUT MY RIGHTEOUS ONE [the one justified by faith] SHALL LIVE BY FAITH [respecting man’s relationship to God and trusting Him]; AND IF HE DRAWS BACK [shrinking in fear], MY SOUL SHALL HAVE NO DELIGHT IN HIM. (Now listen and pay close attention.) But our way is not that of those who shrink back to destruction (or perdition), but [we are] of those who believe [relying on God through faith in Jesus Christ, the Messiah] and by this confident faith preserve (or save) the soul” (Our souls.) (Hebrews 10: 38-39, AMP).
