We Will Answer at The Judgment Seat of God

As I continue in the Book of Job, the LORD points out a minute part of His creation. The majesty of the beasts He created and their ability to survive and thrive without man. Given distinct traits and characteristics that facilitate their existence.

“Do you know the time when the wild goats of the rock give birth [to their young]? Do you observe the calving of the deer?” (Job 39: 1, AMP). I watched a short clip of a wild goat jumping from mountain to mountain with amazing precision. God’s supremacy at work.

“Who sent out the wild donkey free [from dependence on man]? And who loosed the bonds of the wild donkey [to survive in the wild]? To whom I gave the wilderness as his home and the salt land as his dwelling place?” (Job 39: 5-6, KJV).

“Will the wild ox be willing to serve you, or remain beside your manger at night? Can you bind the wild ox with a harness [to the plow] in the furrow? Or will he plow the valleys for you? Will you trust him because his strength is great and leave your labor to him?” (Job 39: 9-11, AMP).

Wisdom and Understanding is Not Given to Everyone or Every Thing

The LORD goes on to speak about the ostrich, how she lays her eggs in the dirt with no regard that a foot or wild animals can crush them. Listen to how He describes her attributes.

“She treats her young cruelly, as if they were not hers; though her labor is in vain because she is unconcerned [for the safety of her brood], for God made her to forget wisdom, and has not given her a share of understanding. Yet when she lifts herself on high, [so swift is she that] she laughs at the horse and rider” (Job 39: 18, AMP).

Then the LORD asks Job, “Hast thou given the horse strength? hast thou clothed his neck with thunder?” (39: 19). Describing the horses’ lack of fear of man and weapons. “He mocketh at fear, and is not affrighted; neither turneth he back from the sword” (39: 22). Noting his keen sense of smell, of blood, gunpowder, and man, yet he still runs with fierceness and rage.

God is The Giver of Gifts

Hear the impulse and grandness of the eagle. The keenness of her eyes. “Is it by your understanding that the hawk soars, stretching his wings toward the south [as winter approaches]? Is it at your command that the eagle mounts up and makes her nest on high [in an inaccessible place]?

On the cliff she dwells and remains [securely], upon the point of the rock and the inaccessible stronghold. From there she spies out the prey; her eyes see it from far away. Her young ones suck up the blood; and where the slain are, there is she” (Job 39: 26-30, AMP).

What you as men forget is that your predominance is of God alone. This authority alone is of God.

1) “Then God said, ‘Let Us (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) make man in Our image, according to Our likeness [not physical, but a spiritual personality and moral likeness]; and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the cattle, and over the entire earth, and over everything that creeps and crawls on the earth’” (Genesis 1: 26, AMP).

He Decided the Order of All Things

Now before I go on what I need for you to understand is that God created the beasts, birds, and insects before He created man. Given habitual and distinctive behaviors to survive without man. Then came Adam.

2) “And God blessed them [granting them certain authority] and said to them, ‘Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subjugate it [putting it under your power]; and rule over (dominate) the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and every living thing that moves upon the earth’” (Genesis 1: 28, AMP).

With this power came great responsibility just as it has with God’s chosen. And with it comes a choice to remain humble and knit to Him. Or to allow yourselves to be deceived. Thinking that you had any part in creating yourselves.

Jesus gave an implicit warning to His disciples. Heed the warning of how easily Lucifer turned from God.

“And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. (Now pay attention!) And He said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightening fall from heaven” (Luke 10: 17-18, KJV).

To Whom Much is Given, More Is Required

He warned them not to lose focus of the true gift. Eternal salvation:

“Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven” (Luke 10: 19-20, KJV).

Men want to worship themselves and others. Enthralled by might. So, take heed as Jesus gives a warning while imparting wisdom with the urgency to stay knit to Him.

1) “I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world” (John 6: 51, KJV).

Be Knit to Him (Intimacy is Key!!!)

2) “Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. (Days as we know it will end!) For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him” (John 6: 53-56, KJV).

How much more intimate can you get? But please don’t turn this into morbidly unholy satanic ceremonies, as the devil has done. Defiling the LORD’s word with the drinking of blood and demonic rituals.

Man loves to exalt himself. Pride comes before a fall and a haughty spirit before destruction. God gives this warning twice. Pay attention!

Can Your Own Right Hand Save You?

1) “Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead” (John 6: 49, KJV).

And 2) “As the living Father (Are you hearing me?) hath sent me, and I live by the Father (In this earthly form.): so he that eateth me, even he shall live by Me. This is the bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever” (John 6: 57-58, KJV).

Then God continues to address Job’s self-righteousness and that of man.

As the LORD continued to speak to Job, he realized that he had spoken foolishly. Now I want you to pay attention to what self-righteousness, akin to pride is, to the LORD.

The Snare of Self-Righteousness

“Now gird up your loins (prepare yourself) like a man, and I will ask you, and you instruct Me. Will you really annul My judgment and set it aside as void? Will you condemn [your God] that you may (Now pay attention!) [appear to] be righteous and justified? Have you an arm like God, and can you thunder with a voice like His?” (Job 40: 7-9, AMP).

The LORD then goes into detail as He confirms this scripture. “Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear. (And here is why!) But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that he will not hear” (Isaiah 59: 1-2, KJV).

The fullness of our sins is listed in the remainder of Isaiah chapter 59. The multiplication of our sins and transgressions before Him. Then we have the nerve to ask why.

God is The Master Aggregator

Hear what the LORD says and if any man can accomplish these feats, feel free to exalt yourself as a god. “Adorn yourself with eminence and dignity [since you question the almighty], and array yourself with honor and majesty. Pour out the overflowings of your wrath, and look at everyone who is proud and make him low. Look at everyone who is proud, and humble him, and [if you are so able] tread down the wicked where they stand. (Recognize that no one but God can do this on a globally universal scale.)

[Crush and] hide them in the dust together; shut them up in the hidden place [the house of death]. (Again, pay attention. I see this often!) [If you can do all this, Job, proving your divine power] then I [God] will also praise you and acknowledge that your own right hand can save you” (Job 40: 10-14, AMP).

As I have said, who but God, can judge men swiftly, and at once? Even with famine, pestilence, and disease. Who can see in the dark places. Who but God, knows the hearts of men? A God who never slumbers nor sleeps. Whose eyes roam throughout the earth. The God who says, “If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world and all that it contains is mine” (Psalm 50: 12, AMP). Most of all, who can humble a man like God?

Foolish Men Fear the Created Above the Creator

The LORD then goes on to describe the beasts, Behemoth “He is first [in magnitude and power] of the works of God; [Only] He who made him can bring near His sword [to master him]” (Job 40: 19, AMP) And Leviathan. “He esteemeth iron as straw, and brass as rotten wood” (Job 41: 27, KJV). None is so fierce that dare stir him up: who then is able to stand before Me” (Job 41: 10, KJV). The God who created all!

Meditate on who He is before you dare question His righteous judgments. Because one day, we will answer Him. And what would we dare say, but to be as humble as Job. “Behold, I am vile; what shall I answer thee? I will lay my hand upon my mouth” (Job 40: 4, KJV).

Let me add that in the end, Job humbled himself in the presence of the LORD and God forgave him. He would have destroyed Job’s friends had it not been for His intimate relationship with Job. As is proven time and again, many are spared through their affiliation with the righteous. Because even after the LORD manifested His glory in this situation, Job’s friends were not ashamed, foolishly remaining non-repentant, and hard-hearted. And the LORD would have destroyed them had it not been for Job.

The Revelation

“And it was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words unto Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and My servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you after your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like My Servant Job” (Job 42: 7-8, KJV).

Be warned that this will not last forever as I have addressed in the past. So, take heed. This grace is coming to an end. Read Ezekiel 14: 12- 23 for confirmation. If God is willing, I will revisit this again.
